With 20 years of experience, child care expert and NCECF Executive Director Theresa Stacker will share her knowledge about the state of child care in North Carolina, her experience in working to address challenges of access to quality and affordable care and her recommended steps that employers can take to help alleviate these challenges.

She has worked in the military child care community, provided technical assistance and professional development to the child care workforce and most recently in state government advising on early care and education.
